I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially during the festival season in mid-February. The rooms were comfortable and had both mugi-cha and green tea available. The service appeared to be top-notch, offering room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was fantastic for the Sapporo Snow & Ice Festival, although not very close to the JR station. The dining experience, particularly the grilled meat, was delightful. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient.

The service appeared welcoming with offerings like room service and tours/ticket assistance. The price was considered affordable, and there were some packaged dining products available.
The hotel is perfectly situated, especially during the festival in Sapporo, making it great for the Sapporo Snow & Ice Festival in mid-February. The rooms had mugi-cha as well as the usual green tea, offering a cozy stay. The service appeared prompt and efficient. However, the classic fried fish at the dining was a letdown. The location was fantastic, centrally located in Sapporo during the festival, very close to the Sapporo snow festival. The facilities were convenient, but there were occasional noise disturbances and weak Wi-Fi signal.

The hotel is ideally located for the Sapporo Snow & Ice Festival in mid-February, making it a perfect spot during the event. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the services provided were great. However, it's not very close to the JR station, which could be a minor inconvenience. The organic pulled pork in the dining experience was a highlight.
